Notes: I’ve decided that this is more than just my Starlight Challenge blog. This is my writing challenge blog. It will now also include works for rvb60min . Which means processing that back log in addition to the Starlight Challenge backlog. Since I’ve got a free day without the hubby around it’s easier to do the timed challenges today, whereas I may spend days on a Starlight Story.
The second of the giveaway fics. Let’s just say there was a LOT of travel time so I had a chance to write a lot more than I was intending too. neophytedoodlez asked me for South/CT, with CT finding South after South recovers Delta. This… is what that turned into.

If you’ve been following me for a while then you definitely know one thing about me: I like fights. I like to write them. I like to read them. I like to watch them, and dear me do I like to pick them apart. So, while I’m not a martial arts expert (nor do I play one on TV), I spent a long time gathering the data and working on conclusions.
So without further ado, here it is. Animated Combat Styles in RvB as interpreted by ChurbooseAnon, and involving materials from Season Eight Episode Four through Season Thirteen Episode One. Subsequent editions may come out that revise these descriptions or enhance them, and will be linked to in revised versions of this post, as well as any revisions linked to this. All of the posts in this series will be tagged as ‘RvB Combat Styles Analysis’ now and in the future.
In the course of this post I’ll be talking about the following individuals in the following order:

Notes: I saw a post once about how South might have trouble dealing with the idea that Connie was a traitor and dead. So I went with it.

Fandom: Red Versus BlueOur penultimate Wrench. The shortest, but no less important for Connie. Where she’s struggled with her past, with freedom, and with poked where she shouldn’t, Connie is now forced to face the repercussions of her actions and consider her own morality.
CT Appreciation week continues with more Wrench. This time Connie starts looking at things she probably shouldn’t. Which has repercussions.
I guess you could say the previous part was about Connie finding herself and her roots. This part is more about the simple idea of helmets and the abstract idea of freedom and how complex the two are together?
Dear god my CT Appreciation Week story is spiraling out of control.
So my CT Appreciation Week contribution is getting too long. So I’ve decided to break it up and parcel it out in smaller doses to better celebrate.
